- "Coins" refers to the digital units of value used within the Platform to purchase Services.
- "Third-Party Platforms" refers to external social media networks including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and any other platforms in relation to which Services may be offered.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms of Service together with all policies, guidelines, and notices published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using this Platform in any manner, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.
2.2 If You do not agree to any provision of these Terms, You must immediately discontinue access to and use of this Platform.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and YouTubeSupport.io. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Users. Material updates may be communicated through Website notices, email notifications, or account dashboard announcements. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3. PLATFORM IDENTITY AND INDEPENDENCE
3.1 YouTubeSupport.io is an independent service provider offering social media marketing optimisation services.
3.2 YouTubeSupport.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any manner officially associated with YouTube, Google LLC, Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, or any other Third-Party Platform, unless explicitly and specifically stated in writing.
3.3 All platform names, trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers referenced on this Website remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. Any such reference is made solely for descriptive purposes and does not imply any association, partnership, or endorsement.
4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
4.1 The Platform provides social media marketing optimisation services including but not limited to engagement boosting, analytics tracking, and promotional campaigns across various Third-Party Platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
4.2 The Platform operates on a coin-based Wallet system. Users purchase Coins through supported payment gateways, which are then used to order Services within the Platform.
4.3 No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: The Platform does not guarantee that service delivery will achieve specific results, maintain permanent stability, or appear in a particular manner. Service outcomes may vary due to ongoing updates, algorithm changes, policy revisions, and other actions by Third-Party Platforms, which are entirely outside the control of YouTubeSupport.io.
4.4 Service Availability: YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, and shall not be liable to You or any third party for such action.
5. USER ACCOUNTS
5.1 Account Registration: To access certain Services, Users are required to register an account on the Platform by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
5.2 Account Responsibility: You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials, including Your username and password. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account, whether or not authorised by You.
5.3 Obligation to Notify: You agree to notify YouTubeSupport.io immediately at admin.youtubesupport@gmail.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of Your account or any other breach of security.
5.4 Account Accuracy: You agree not to create an account using false, misleading, or fraudulent information. YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain inaccurate or fraudulent registration details.
5.5 Financial Transactions and Legal Capacity: Users who engage in financial transactions on the Platform, including purchasing Coins, topping up Wallets, or placing orders, represent and warrant that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may only undertake financial transactions on the Platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent. YouTubeSupport.io shall not be liable for transactions made by persons lacking the requisite legal capacity.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
6.1 You agree to use the Platform and its Services strictly in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the policies of any relevant Third-Party Platform.
6.2 Prohibited Activities: You expressly agree not to use the Services to promote, link to, or generate traffic or engagement for content that:
- a) Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, harassing or insulting on the basis of gender, libelous, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
- b) Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party;
- c) Violates any applicable law or regulation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements, 2022;
- d) Contains software viruses, malware, trojans, or any other malicious computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, compromise, or limit the functionality of any computer system or resource;
- e) Deceives or misleads any person regarding the origin, authenticity, or nature of any message, content, or engagement metric;
- f) Is used to manipulate social media metrics with intent to deceive public opinion, defraud advertisers, or publish false or misleading reviews or endorsements in violation of applicable consumer protection law;
- g) Violates the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or API usage policies of any Third-Party Platform in connection with which the Services are used;
- h) Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or the accounts of other Users.
6.3 YouTubeSupport.io maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that exploit the Platform or violate applicable Indian cyber laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
7.1 If an account is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity, or otherwise abusing the Platform, YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- a) Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the User's account without prior notice;
- b) Forfeit any remaining Coins or Wallet balance associated with the account;
- c) Cancel all pending or active orders without refund or credit;
- d) Report the relevant activity to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), law enforcement agencies, or any other competent authority, as may be required under applicable law.
7.2 The exercise of any of the above rights shall not limit YouTubeSupport.io's ability to pursue any other remedy available under law or equity.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LAW
8.1 Intermediary Status: YouTubeSupport.io operates as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
8.2 Due Diligence: The Platform observes due diligence as required under the applicable Rules, including the prompt removal of non-compliant content or disabling of access to accounts displaying unlawful material within the timelines mandated under law.
8.3 Grievance Redressal Mechanism: In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, Users may raise complaints or grievances by contacting the designated Grievance Officer:

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge any complaint within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and shall endeavour to resolve the same within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
9. DIGITAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
9.1 YouTubeSupport.io collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws and regulations.
9.2 The categories of personal data that may be collected include but are not limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Payment metadata
- Cookies and analytics data
- Connected social media account information
- Support communications
9.3 Such data may be collected and processed for purposes including account creation, service delivery, fraud prevention, grievance handling, analytics, legal compliance, and customer support.
9.4 By using the Platform, Users expressly consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described herein and in the Platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.5 Users may request correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent in relation to their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and operational obligations. Data deletion requests may be submitted through the designated page at /data-deletion or through the official support email of YouTubeSupport.io at admin.youtubesupport@gmail.com.
9.6 For a comprehensive understanding of data practices, Users are directed to review the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.
11. WALLET, COINS, AND FINANCIAL POLICY
11.1 Coin-Based Wallet System: The Platform operates on a prepaid coin-based Wallet system. Users add Coins to their Wallet by making payments in Indian Rupees (INR) through supported payment gateways, including but not limited to Razorpay and such other payment processors as may be integrated by the Platform from time to time (e.g., Cashfree, Paytm, PayPal).
11.2 Finality of Deposits: All payments made to purchase Coins and fund the Wallet are generally final upon successful completion of the transaction. Wallet balances:
- a) Are intended solely for the purchase of Services within YouTubeSupport.io;
- b) Are non-transferable between accounts;
- c) Are not withdrawable as cash to any bank account, card, UPI ID, or external wallet;
- d) Cannot ordinarily be refunded except where required under applicable law or where duplicate payments, technical processing failures, or platform-side billing errors are established.
11.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through any payment processor. Where a chargeback or dispute is initiated, YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to:
- a) Temporarily suspend or freeze the User's account;
- b) Pause all ongoing orders;
- c) Investigate the payment activity;
- d) Restrict further transactions on the account;
- e) Recover losses arising from fraudulent or unjustified disputes.
All such actions shall remain subject to applicable law and a fair review process.
11.4 Order Refunds and Adjustments: For detailed provisions relating to refunds, non-delivery credits, user errors, drops, fluctuations, and refill guarantees, Users are directed to the Refund and Wallet Policy published on the Platform, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, YouTubeSupport.io shall not be liable for:
- a) Suspension, restriction, or termination of a User's account by any Third-Party Platform;
- b) Algorithm changes, policy updates, or API restrictions implemented by Third-Party Platforms;
- c) Removal of content, posts, videos, or other material by Third-Party Platforms;
- d) Loss of subscribers, followers, likes, views, comments, or any other engagement metric;
- e) Account penalties, shadowbanning, demonetisation, or similar actions by Third-Party Platforms;
- f) Any loss of revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or reputation;
- g) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or its Services.
12.2 Users acknowledge that Third-Party Platform behaviour may change at any time without notice and that such changes are entirely beyond the control of YouTubeSupport.io.
12.3 To the extent that any liability of YouTubeSupport.io cannot be excluded under applicable law, such liability shall be limited to the amount of Coins or funds paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
13.1 YouTubeSupport.io shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Modifications, restrictions, or shutdowns of Third-Party Platforms
- Cyber attacks, hacking, or data breaches
- Internet outages or infrastructure failures
- API restrictions or third-party service disruptions
- Governmental orders, legal restrictions, or regulatory actions
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God
- Any other event constituting force majeure under applicable Indian law
13.2 In the event of a force majeure occurrence, YouTubeSupport.io shall endeavour to resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable.
14. USER INDEMNIFICATION
14.1 By using this Platform, You agree, to the extent permitted under applicable law and subject to Your legal capacity as described in Clause 5.5, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YouTubeSupport.io, its owners, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, legal actions, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- a) Your misuse of the Platform or its Services;
- b) Your promotion of unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content;
- c) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- d) Your infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- e) Your engagement in misleading promotional or advertising activities;
- f) Any breach by You of these Terms of Service.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
15.1 All content, software, source code, graphics, text, logos, branding, databases, service materials, and other intellectual property available on YouTubeSupport.io are the exclusive property of YouTubeSupport.io or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India and international conventions.
15.2 Users shall not, without prior written authorisation from YouTubeSupport.io:
- a) Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the Platform or its content;
- b) Distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
- c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system forming part of the Platform;
- d) Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools or scripts;
- e) Use any Platform branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that may cause confusion or imply an unauthorised association
16. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY
16.1 Users acknowledge that the Services offered by YouTubeSupport.io operate in relation to Third-Party Platforms that have their own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, API policies, and usage rules.
16.2 Users agree to independently review and comply with the applicable policies of all relevant Third-Party Platforms in connection with their use of the Services.
16.3 YouTubeSupport.io assumes no responsibility for any User's violation of Third-Party Platform policies. The User assumes full and sole legal liability for any consequences arising from such violations, including account suspension, content removal, or legal action initiated by Third-Party Platforms.
17. CONSUMER PROTECTION COMPLIANCE
17.1 The User acknowledges that using Services to manipulate social media metrics with the intent to deceive public opinion, defraud advertisers, or post false or misleading reviews may constitute violations of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements, 2022.
17.2 The User assumes complete and sole legal liability for the content and accounts promoted using the Services of YouTubeSupport.io.
18. ACCOUNT DELETION
18.1 Users may request the closure of their account and the deletion of eligible personal data by contacting YouTubeSupport.io at admin.youtubesupport@gmail.com or through the designated page at /data-deletion.
18.2 Notwithstanding such a request, certain information may be retained by YouTubeSupport.io to the extent necessary for:
- a) Compliance with applicable legal obligations;
- b) Fraud prevention and investigation;
- c) Accounting and financial record-keeping obligations;
- d) Resolution of pending disputes or claims
19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
19.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
19.2 Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
20.1 In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mutual discussion within thirty (30) days of either party notifying the other of the dispute.
20.2 If the dispute remains unresolved following the mutual discussion period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
20.3 The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India.
20.4 The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
20.5 The award of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.
20.6 Nothing in this clause shall prevent YouTubeSupport.io from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
21. LEGAL ACCEPTANCE LOGGING
21.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using the Services, Users acknowledge and agree that their acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any future revisions thereto may be recorded electronically, including with associated timestamps, IP addresses, and system records, as may be maintained by YouTubeSupport.io.
21.2 Such electronic acceptance shall carry the same legal validity and enforceability as a physical signature under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
22. SEVERABILITY
22.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitral tribunal, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
23.1 These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Wallet Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the User and YouTubeSupport.io with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
